1. What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2500 🚚. For all other orders, a minimal shipping fee may apply (details shown at checkout).

2. When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. 

3. How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

4. What is your return & replacement policy?
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. You can request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

We carefully inspect and pack every product before shipping. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, it could be due to transit handling or an occasional manufacturing flaw. To process a refund or replacement, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory. Please share the video with us by emailing at zenoyaecom.in@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review and get back to you within 24 hours.
